The Senser Foundation Extended Digital Transformation Model 2027
After six years of successfully implementing digital transformation processes across numerous social organizations, the Senser Foundation has identified that some face challenges requiring more in-depth intervention to reach their potential fully. In response, we are proud to introduce the Extended Digital Transformation Model (EDTM).
Building on the successful implementation of digital transformation processes for over 50 organizations since 2021, the Senser Foundation is launching the EDTM grant to recognize that some organizations need more extensive intervention to achieve their goals.
The EDTM is a specialized two-year grant program tailored for organizations that require a more profound and comprehensive digital transformation. This initiative offers a $100,000 grant from the Senser Foundation, with the expectation that participating organizations will secure matching funds.
The Senser Foundation’s approach to philanthropy focuses on helping nonprofits grow and increase their impact through a program that builds organizational capacity through digital transformation. The EDTM was custom-made and developed by Philtech and Marom Group, specialists in digital transformation and strategic consulting for the social sector.
The EDTM aims to address large-scale organizational needs through the strategic use of technology.

Project Overview
